The trial does not let you attempt to do all the files on your phone, so I bought the product. Only to find out the program jams and stops working not even halfway through. I complained to imyfone.com and asked for a refund. Since then I have purchased other software that works quickly and well, but imyfone.com keeps refusing to refund me.
