I have used their professional data recovery for the Windows version because I lost all of my trip images. I have done the quick scan but I didn't recover all my files but when I ran the deep scan I got relieved and happy. Doesn't work! I formatted ext disk drive accidently, no result was scanned out by its Advanced Scan. The result is no data could be retrieved if your disk drive was formatted. BTW, I've ever tried deleted files, the recovery worked. 2 stars, and one more star gives to the discount price.

Works great! at least for me, it's a good recovery program. I format my Seagate 1 TB HDD ext drive by accident when I connected it to my laptop. The recovery process is very slow, but I think my precious photos, nearly 100G music and movies retrieved back is worth to spent time on it.

My 500GB ext HDD got problems, some file folders access was blocked for the virus, that I could not get access to my files, it said I have no ownership to access my files. In the first several days, I didn't know how to do, and I went online and searched for the solution. During this process, I trying several Data recovery programs, but only Stellar worked first time. It got my 40GB documents, photos and history messages back. Over this problem, I've made my files backup, move all to a new ext drive. Stellar data recovery software not perfect, it may miss some files in the recovery process, but better than others.

I purchased this product to try to recover data files from one of my bad crashed disk drive. It took me a long time to scan out the files, need some patience, and I didn't expect it can restore all of my data files on the bad drive, so the result is not bad, about 90% files got back. Thanks! BTW, I'd like to mention a point here, this program could not help you recover the system from dead. Discount is great, saved me a lot, and worth to buy.

My 1 TB Passport WD external HD suddenly stopped working last night, I was very worried, I have many important files in it. And I found this software on this site and I got one license to recover my data in corrupted HD. I installed and ran a full scan on my corrupted HD, had been waiting for several hours, I could see all docs and files on a preview panel, it gave a big break. My disk drive crashed and lost a lot of my value data files. This product worked perfectly as it advertised, helped me restore the lost files. Before this product, I've ever tried two other recovery program tools, but I think not easy to use for the beginners and not actually work. Stellar Windows Data Recovery was so impressed me for my old crashed disk drive that I didn't to throw away, and I tried to use Stellar, and it surprised me it did well, get my data back, even some data that I've deleted from the recycle bin and wiped from the disk drive. It's so amazing!
